At Palmboom Transport, we believe in clear and fair pricing. The prices mentioned in our destination pages are ´starting from´ rates for private transfers (covering 1-4 passengers) or per-person rates for shared shuttles (subject to minimum passenger requirements).

To ensure you receive the most accurate quote for your specific journey, please note the following:

• Additional Passengers: For private transfers, an additional charge applies for each passenger beyond the initial 4. 

• Exact Hotel Location: While we offer door-to-door service, some remote hotels or properties may incur a minor additional fee due to challenging road conditions or extended travel time. We will always inform you of this upfront.

• Airport pick-ups/drop-offs: Transfers to or from Tocumen Airport have a $20 surcharge compared to hotel pick-ups or drop-offs in Panama City.

• Custom Routes & Stops: If your journey requires additional stops or deviates dignificantly from our standard routes, we will provide a custom quote.

• Additionals: Bringing pets (such as dogs), large amounts of luggage, or other special items may incur an additional charge due to the extra space and preparation required. Any additional costs will always be communicated in advance.
